About Chloe
Hello! I am in my third year of study at the University of Manchester and have been helping various students with French grammar and oral practice since my first year. I have also tutored family members who achieved an A at GCSE and an A at A Level. I also study Spanish and would love to be able to help with that too! I know how hard it can be to wrap your head around a language but with my help I promise we can get there :)

When tutoring I like to first ask students what they find difficult and to identify their weaknesses in a short paragraph they write me in French. This not only tells me what they feel they need to focus on but allows me to see grammatically what these issues actually are. Furthermore, I like to discuss with students how they prefer to learn; whether it is through drawing diagrams, constantly communicating in the language or completing various games and listening exercises. I will then discuss a goal with the student and customise a plan as to how we are going to get there. It is important to me to not add extra pressure to students but to make my sessions something they look forward to and find fun!
