About Dario
I am currently studying Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London, (Fourth Year). I am a native Spanish speaker, since I was born and raised in Spain. Since I was a kid, I have always admired my teachers. That is the reason why I would like to tutor students who want someone to help them with the subjects. I have more than a year tutoring students from different ages and I would be happy to share my experience and knowledge with students that need a little push. The main subjects that I have taught through the years include Spanish and all sciences modules such as Maths and Physics. Furthermore, I have experience in different programming languages such as Matlab, Python, C++ and R, being proficient in Matlab and being able to teach such language. Regarding my interests, I play guitar and sing, having composed four songs over the past years. I am really motivated and I promise true dedication to my job as tutor, since I believe that education is the main pillar of society. I hope I can help you! University : - Imperial College London - MEng Aeronautical Engineering [2:1 Fourth Year] Prizes and Scholarships : - Honours and Scholarship in recognition of academic excellence (Bachiller). - Aeronautics Student Centenary Prize winner (Imperial College, MEng). I met Dario through a friend and I needed to practice my Spanish skills before my B2 exam. Dario did not only prove to be a great teacher, but told me fun facts about the language and made me enjoy learning Spanish. He gave me confidence in my Spanish, and thanks to his mock oral exams, I scored 83% on my B2 oral exam. It took him 3 months to help me get to this level - before that I would speak very slowly with zero confidence and using poor vocabulary! In summary, thanks Dario, you are an awesome teacher, and I hope you get a chance to help a lot of people master Spanish!
