During our first session, I do a first health check.
We target the objectives together in order to be able to carry out a precise and personalized training program, a unique and tailor-made sports program.

We target the objectives together in order to carry out a precise and personalized training program that is unique and tailor-made.
A session is made up of 3 parts:
- Warm-up: articular, muscular, cardiovascular and nervous preparation.
- Body of session: according to the objective, succession of exercises aiming at reaching our goal.
-Stretching and meditation: a return to calm to help lower blood pressure and discuss the feeling of the session performed.
A personal follow-up is proposed and according to the motivation of each one.
If necessary, I travel with the appropriate equipment; Outside, at home, with small equipment (elastic bands, Waff, Medicine Ball, Coordination scale),
My priority is that you have fun and that you are proud of yourself!
