About PR CAPITAINE BART
I have always seen the body as a tool, not an end in itself. Throughout my life, my experiences in military instruction, emergency services, and sport have taught me that physical strength should first serve health, functionality, and daily life. I do not oppose performance or physical development. Building muscle, improving aesthetics, and pushing limits are natural and positive outcomes of consistent training. However, they should remain secondary to a stronger objective: being healthy, capable, and physically autonomous in everyday life. My purpose in teaching is to help people use their strength intelligently — to move better, live comfortably, support their family, and take care of their bodies over the long term. If my work can bring usefulness, structure, and clarity in a world full of confusion around fitness, then it has meaning.

My coaching is the result of a rare combination of field experience, instruction, and long-term projects, not trends or social media fitness.
Former Paris Firefighter and military sports instructor, I have trained, instructed, and supervised individuals in demanding environments where discipline, safety, and performance are non-negotiable. I am also a French Cross f i t champion, with experience in gymnastics, strength training, combat sports, and functional conditioning.
Having lived and worked between New York, Paris, and now Cairo, I bring an international vision of training and education. I currently run a private training facility and lead independent projects focused on health, physical preparation, and structured lifestyle habits.
My role is not to sell dreams, but to educate, guide, and build autonomous individuals. With me, training is serious, personalised, and honest. The goal is simple: become the strongest, healthiest, and most capable version of yourself — realistically.
