About Brintha
Hi ! I am currently working as a research project manager specialized in DEI in a research institute. I also lectured in US history at the University of Montreal and was able to work as an English teacher in high schools and colleges during four years, worked as a French lecturer at Purdue University, and as a teaching assistant at the University of Montreal.
My passion for teaching languages and history has led me to tutor multiple students in the past eight years. From conversation to grammar, I offer tailored program in order to reach your objectives after an assessment of your level during our first session.
Salut ! Je travaille actuellement en tant que chargée de projet de recherche spécialisé dans la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion (DEI) dans un institut de recherche. J'ai également donné des cours d'histoire des États-Unis à l'Université de Montréal, et j'ai pu travailler comme professeure d'anglais dans des lycées et CEGEP pendant quatre ans. J'ai également été chargée de cours de français à l'Université Purdue et auxiliaire d'enseignement à l'Université de Montréal.
Ma passion pour l'enseignement des langues et de l'histoire m'a amené à encadrer de nombreux étudiants et étudiantes au cours des huit dernières années. De la conversation à la grammaire, je propose un programme personnalisé afin d'atteindre vos objectifs après avoir évalué votre niveau lors de notre première séance.

I always base my teaching following my students' needs. The first class is very important as we target and envision together the difficulties and the final goal. Each class is adapted to the level of the student. I also look for materials that are relevant to your level and to your interest in order to make the classes more agreable. Of course, if you are preparing for an exam (TOEIC/ TOEFL/ Cambridge Exam), I will use the multiple sources that I have in hand. I would say that my adapting skills as well as my experience in teaching and tutoring are my biggest advantage.
Je base toujours mon enseignement en fonction des besoins de mes étudiants. Le premier cours est très important car nous ciblons et envisageons ensemble les difficultés et l'objectif final. Chaque cours est adapté au niveau de l'étudiant ou l'étudiante. Je recherche également du matériel pertinent en fonction de votre niveau et de vos intérêts afin de rendre les cours plus agréables. Bien sûr, si vous vous préparez à un examen (TOEIC, TOEFL, examen de Cambridge), j'utiliserai les multiples ressources dont je dispose. Je dirais que mes compétences d'adaptation ainsi que mon expérience dans l'enseignement et le tutorat sont mes principaux atouts.
