Former competitive athlete (Olympic boxing) and currently dual student of physiotherapy Many years of experience & competent experience in working on people of all ages. I work as a promoter & interpreter for many companies & agencies. My high school graduation I did with the specialization (pedagogy & psychology) What makes me special is the effective and humorous work on people. My motto = Together we can do EVERYTHING

About the lesson

My learning method is simple. After a clear presentation of their goal, I will prepare a training plan / nutrition plan for you. You can also contact me outside of the training times and ask me any question. We are happy to speak English or Russian;)
