About Shruti
I enjoy making learning simple, interactive, and enjoyable. Rather than focusing only on memorization, I use mind maps, real-life examples, and relatable memes to help students understand and remember concepts with ease. Beyond teaching, I love reading literature, creative writing, and classical dance. My training in classical dance has given me a deeper understanding of emotions, expressions, and storytelling, which helps me bring poetry, drama, and literary characters to life during my lessons. I believe that when learning is creative and engaging, students not only perform better but also begin to genuinely enjoy the subject.

As a young teacher and former Assistant Professor, I understand the challenges students face because I was a student myself until recently. Having gone through the same learning process, I know where students usually struggle, what concepts often seem confusing, and how to bridge those gaps effectively.
My teaching style is interactive, practical, and discussion-based rather than relying on rote learning or one-way lectures. Instead of asking students to memorize information, I focus on helping them understand concepts, connect ideas, and think critically. I use modern teaching techniques, visual aids, mind maps, timelines, quizzes, real-life examples, and memory tricks to make learning engaging and easier to retain.
A typical class begins with a quick revision of previous concepts, followed by clear explanations of new topics. We then work through examples, solve doubts together, and end with a short recap and practice questions to reinforce learning. I also adapt every lesson according to the student's pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
I teach school students, undergraduate and postgraduate students. Whether you need help with English Literature, Grammar, Communication Skills, Academic Writing, Literary Theory, Linguistics, or exam preparation, my goal is to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and help you achieve lasting academic success.
