About Saumya
I am a passionate mathematics tutor with an MSc in Actuarial Science and more than five years of experience. My goal is to help students view mathematics not as a hurdle, but as an opportunity for growth. I have directed numerous workshops in problem-solving that encourage collaboration and creativity. Coaching for mathematics competitions has been another rewarding part of my career. I’ve had the privilege of working with gifted learners who thrive on being challenged. My teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking and careful logical deduction. I also encourage creative strategies that push students to think outside the box. Number theory is a field I particularly enjoy exploring with learners. Problem analysis is a central part of my instruction, showing students how to manage complexity. My sessions balance rigor with encouragement, ensuring steady growth. Students leave with stronger reasoning skills and renewed confidence. Mathematics is not just about solutions, but about journeys of discovery. And the greatest joy lies in unlocking puzzles that stretch the mind and expand one’s analytical abilities.
