About Cameron

As someone passionate about sports and fitness, I’ve been weight training both in the gym and outdoors for over 10 years. I’ve also explored various disciplines such as CrossTraining and boxing, which has allowed me to develop a varied and comprehensive approach to training.

Having tracked my calories and diet for several years, I’ve also gained a solid understanding of the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals.

My goal is to support you with motivation and dedication, offering workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals—whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve your fitness, or simply feel better in your body.

About the lesson

What to expect :
- Strength training and bodyweight exercises.
- Improved cardio and endurance.
- A gradual return to exercise, without rushing things.
