About Jules
Flexibility is essential for athletes and dancers. It allows more free and comfortable movement in daily life, and prevents injuries during the practice of physical activities. It is very important to have good posture and shape when it comes to flexibility training to avoid injury.
I use the PNF Stretching methodology (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), it is a stretching method used by doctors and physiotherapists to treat injuries, and therefore the safest way to prevent them. It is the engagement and relaxation of the muscles for intercalated periods so that you reach the greatest possible extent without the risk of getting hurt in the process.
PNF is a simple method that does not require equipment and can be done at home, and is extremely effective for progressing on the flexibility journey.

I have been a dancer since I was 6 years old, I started with classical ballet as a child, and I went through other dance styles including aerial dances like fabric, pole dance and circus lyre. In 2019, I participated in two international competitions in the United States: USPDF, USA Pole Dance Federation in New York, where I placed 5th; and PSO, Pole Sport Organization in San Francisco, California, where I placed second and received a silver medal.
