About Shivani

I am a Physical Therapist and CSCS Certified Personal Trainer currently completing my internship. Experienced in Bodyweight training, Resistance Training, Home Exercise, HIIT, Calisthenics, Aerobics, Animal Flow Workouts and Dancing.
I have special experience in running and cycling. I am also a certified Exercise and Sports Nutritionist and will give free plans to support the workouts.
As I am a Physical Therapist, I can help any person achieve their fitness goals regardless of their pre-existing injuries/neurological/cardiac/respiratory health condition( Pregnancy, Arthritis, Fractures, Diabetes, Stroke etc.)

About the lesson

My teaching approach is scientific and my techniques are research based. My goal is to help you achieve yours. Fitness is a lifelong journey and there are no quick fixes like most of the blogs/ YouTube channels falsely project.
Therefore, I work towards changing my clients' mindset about exercise, nutrition and motivate them everyday towards their goals.
My classes are for all age groups, all health conditions and fitness levels. If my client doesn't own resistance equipment, I provide them free of charge.

Perfect! Shivani is a professional trainer with great experience in this field.

1. She is flexible with the time slots.
2. She trains you in a way to boost your endurance, muscle strength and helps in toning your body.
3. She is very friendly and understands and trains according to your major concerns.
4. Like other trainers she does not just do her job for one hour and leave the call. She extends the time to more than an hour if you are really interested in continuing with the exercises.
5. I love the fact that she corrects your postures.
6. Until I got her, I was doing exercises in the wrong way.

Thankyou Shivani!!
