About Ирина
Hello! I'm Irina Privalova – professional dancer, certified fitness trainer, and your personal guide to a stronger, healthier, and more joyful body.
With over 29 years of movement experience (from ballroom to Rio Carnival!), I've learned that the secret to lasting fitness is enjoyment. That's why my workouts feel like a celebration, not a punishment.
