About Nicole
I’m a health and wellness tutor with a background in physical therapy and exercise science, and I love helping people understand how the body works in a way that actually makes sense. I focus on breaking down complicated topics into simple, relatable explanations so learning feels less intimidating and more doable.
My tutoring style is supportive and flexible, and I always tailor sessions to each student’s goals and learning style. Whether we’re covering anatomy, biomechanics, exercise principles, or general wellness topics, I prioritize understanding and real-life application over memorization.
I’m patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to, and I aim to create a comfortable space where questions are always welcome. My goal is for students to leave sessions feeling more confident, motivated, and clear about what they’re learning.

Training Approach
My training approach in health, wellness, and exercise is supportive, practical, and client-centered. I focus on helping people create and stick to a workout program that is specifically targeted towards their fitness goals.
What Sets Me Apart
With a background in physical therapy and exercise science, I bridge academic material with real-world movement and health applications. I have loved going to the gym and trying new exercises ever since I was young, and now that I have science-based evidence to back up the types of workouts I do, I want to be able to share my tips and tricks with everyone who wants to optimize their physical health
My Background
I graduated from Physical Therapy school in 2024 and have been training clients ever since! I work with anyone who is new to the gym, prenatal/postnatal moms, post-operative individuals, people with neck and back pain, you name it!
