About Dayana

My name is Dayana and "I love my fitness job"
I like to be creative, my choreography is fun, and my training programs are effective (my students say) I try to be up to date. Both in pedagogy how to know how.
Every day, I give the best of myself and my knowledge, to motivate and inspire my students, to practice their passion for "SPORT" in complete safety, to help them find their goals through success, and the feeling of well-being.

About the lesson

My exercise programs are suitable for any audience: children, adults, elderly people. My methodology focuses mainly on repetition (constant work) and especially in the technical execution of each exercise: posture, strength, weight, heart rate, rhythm ... In addition to adding external elements such as: rope, weight, elastic ... All work is congentive to the maintenance of the body:
-Vascular work -
Physical fitness
-Definition and muscle toning
-Tonally increased muscle and physical strength
-Improved flexibility and mobility of the joints
