Meet Ally – Your Online Fitness Coach
Hi, I'm Ally, the founder of Move With Ally, and I'm here to help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through enjoyable, accessible online fitness.
As a qualified dance teacher, fitness coach and published author, I bring energy, creativity and a love of movement to every session. My approach is simple: fitness should be fun, flexible and something you look forward to—not something you dread!
Whether you're new to exercise, returning to fitness after having a baby, or simply looking for a way to move more and feel good, my online classes and private personal training sessions are designed to fit around your lifestyle.

About Move With Ally | Online Fitness Classes & Personal Training
Welcome to Move With Ally, where fitness is fun, flexible and designed to fit around your lifestyle!
I'm Ally, a fitness coach, dance teacher and published author, passionate about helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through movement.
Strength, Stretch & Tone Classes
Join me live online every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am for a fun, beginner-friendly Strength, Stretch & Tone class.
Combining Pilates-style movements with stretching, strengthening and toning exercises, these 30-minute sessions are a great way to get moving from the comfort of your own home.
Babies are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.
Classes are just £10 per session.
Online Private Personal Training:
Looking for something more personal? My 1:1 online personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals.
Whether you're getting back into exercise, building strength or simply wanting to feel your best, I'll provide friendly guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
Private sessions are £18 per session (But you're welcome to invite a friend and half the cost)

Hi, At first, I was quite skeptical about dance lessons online, but I decided to give it a try. Ally taught my daughter online and it was surprisingly easy and comfortable. Ally helped prepare Mia for a dance competition. She was very nervous, as it was her first competition. Ally was very patient, taught her a choreography, and perfected it until she could perform it perfectly. It was great to see Mia so happy and confident. I would highly recommend Ally.
I have known Ally (Alexandria) for a year now. She taught my daughter Ballet and prepared her for her Ballet exams. She was patient and filled my daughter with confidence. She was my daughter's favorite teacher, and she always looked forward to her Ballet lessons. I would highly recommend Ally as a teacher.
