About Ziba
Ziba is a certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro and ISSA, with over 6 years of coaching experience. She holds a diploma from the Dance Program at George Brown College (GBC) and is also a Certified Nutritionist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her coaching style goes beyond workouts — Ziba focuses on full lifestyle transformation. She helps clients improve not only their strength and fitness, but also their nutrition, sleep habits, stress management, and overall daily routine. Her goal is to build long-term results through sustainable habits, proper movement, and confidence in and outside the gym.
