Hi, I’m Michael. My path to becoming a coach wasn’t found in a textbook—it was forged through a life-altering event. After a severe car accident left me in a 10-day coma, I had to learn how to rebuild my life from the ground up.
That experience taught me something invaluable: Resilience isn't just about "getting through it"—it’s about finding a new way to thrive.
Today, I’m here to help you navigate your own turning points. Whether you’re feeling "stuck" in your career, facing a personal crossroads, or just feel like your spark has dimmed, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you find your footing.

Finding the Spark: Together, we’ll look at the patterns in your life. We'll identify what’s truly important to you and find the hidden strengths you already possess.
The "Micro-Win" Method: You’ll never leave a session feeling overwhelmed. We end by picking 1 or 2 small, stress-free actions you can take immediately to keep your momentum going.
