About Satya

Growing up, I started practicing meditation from 12 years old and received teachings of yoga and meditation. I have had many special experiences in my own life and found deep wisdom in this. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I have gained a lot of knowledge in my life.

About the lesson

First, we do a preliminary interview to find out what your goal is in your life or what you would like to improve or learn. Afterwards we will make a plan of action based on what your needs are and what you are looking for, we will translate this into practices to find your inner strength and integrate the lessons into your own life.

HI, I'm a Dutch student in the process of finishing my bachelor's degree. I met Satya a few years back and we did a few projects together. He was an excellent and valuable addition to each as he was the perfect mix of open and clear communication; getting things done; and bringing a peaceful serene atmosphere. Working with him was very eye-opening and enjoyable: he was a great guide in prioritizing tasks, as well as project vs personal life. I treasure moments spent with him and know that everyone would benefit and learn from him and his personality
