About Pippa
Who am I?
I’m Filipa, a certified Mat Pilates teacher with both an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Matwork and a Body Control Pilates Level 3 certification. I have a passion for guiding clients to reach their full potential. With my experience, tons of energy, and a knack for making every session feel like a personal victory, I’m here to help you master your mind-body connection. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your practice, we’ll get there together!

My Pilates sessions are exclusively for women. I currently do not offer classes for pregnant clients, but I am happy to welcome postnatal clients starting 16 weeks after delivery, with clearance from your doctor.
