About Sabrina
Sport has been a major part of my life from a young age. My background includes competitive alpine skiing, swimming, athletics, endurance running, strength training and bodybuilding. I also competed professionally as a fitness and bikini athlete, achieving several top-three placements in Pure Elite and Miami Pro competitions.
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor, with an additional Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance. My coaching experience began in 2010 as a junior ski conditioning coach, and I have since worked with individuals, small groups and larger fitness classes. I currently coach strength, resistance and HIIT sessions, as well as providing one-to-one personal training and online coaching through Atelier WOMVN.
My approach is supportive, motivational and centred around the individual. I want my clients to enjoy training, feel confident in what they are doing and achieve results they can maintain long term—regardless of their starting point or previous fitness experience.

I offer personalised online and in-person training sessions designed around your individual goals, fitness level and lifestyle. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to exercise or looking to take your training further, I will support you with clear guidance, proper technique and achievable progression.
With a lifelong involvement in sport and experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach, I bring energy, structure and encouragement to every session. My coaching focuses on building strength, improving overall fitness and helping you feel more confident in your body. Every session is challenging but supportive, and exercises can always be adapted to your ability and experience.
