About Christina
Hi there! Glad you're here. I have years of work experience mentoring many youths and young adults and I'm here to help you remain consistent and disciplined in areas of your life that need it.
I will create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share and provide the support you need.
I know what its like to be burnt out, to go through health struggles, to struggle with confidence, to be wounded in relationships, to deal with loneliness and anxiety. Having gone through it, I can help you too.
I also have a Specialist Diploma in Counselling, have certificates accredited by the Association for Coaching and a graduate from AsiaWorks Leadership Program (highest level).
I support and empower females aged 15–35 with thoughtful guidance on social skills, self-awareness, belief reprogramming, inner child work, self discovery, communication, confidence, identification of strengths and patterns, goal setting, relationships (family included), friendships and situationship issues.
I’m here to support your mental well-being with positive and calm energy to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move purposefully toward your goals.
Life happens—but you don’t have to stay stuck in it.
