About Shreya

I am a Math tutor with over 5 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics. I specialize in introducing mathematical logic and proof theory to advanced high school and early university students. My focus lies in formal reasoning, propositional and predicate logic, and foundational set theory. I use engaging paradoxes and problem-solving exercises to make abstract concepts more approachable. Lessons are designed to develop rigorous thinking while keeping learning enjoyable. I have experience teaching students pursuing philosophy, computer science, and pure mathematics. I emphasize clarity, precision, and the beauty of logical structures. Each session encourages students to question, explore, and reason systematically. I guide them in constructing proofs confidently and understanding deep mathematical relationships. My teaching blends theory with practical examples to reinforce comprehension. I aim to build both competence and confidence in every student. Together, we explore the elegance and power of mathematics. I invite students to master the art of rigorous mathematical thinking. Every lesson is a step toward clear, logical, and analytical mastery.

About the lesson

My teaching approach in Math focuses on understanding concepts clearly and applying them practically. I cover topics like coding logic, algorithmic thinking, discrete mathematics for computer science, and computational processes. Each lesson is relaxed, with examples drawn from real programming and digital applications. I use step-by-step explanations to break down complex problems into manageable parts. Tools like Architect and Proof Seeker help students visualize and test their understanding. I emphasize how mathematical reasoning connects directly with coding and algorithms. Lessons are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and explore ideas freely. I guide them to communicate naturally and comfortably about computational problems. Assignments and exercises are tailored to strengthen analytical and logical thinking. I incorporate programming analogies to make abstract concepts more relatable. Every session is designed to build confidence and mastery, not just memorization. I ensure students can solve problems accurately and efficiently. Together, we make Math a meaningful part of their digital life. Excelling in computational thinking is the goal of every lesson.
