Class is all about being aware of your body and shaping it the way you want by doing different exercises like Plyometric, Isometric, isotonic, circuit training, yoga and a lot more. You will be taught to control your breathing, regulate your mood and different variations of Pranayama. Also, Yog is an amalgamation of body, mind, and soul and hence it is essential for a person to keep upgrading and reforming themselves in day-to-day life. There is a minimum class package according to which classes are taken. Thank you.
