About Libby
I am an experienced (5 years +) English tutor who has taught a range of students from primary school to university students. I excelled at English in school (straight As) and I am currently a medical student. My students have improved their creative writing, grammar and spelling, essay writing, reading and critical appraisal. I have taught students with a range of abilities from high-schoolers looking to improve their essay skills to middle-schoolers needing extra help with reading and writing. I also have experience working with children with learning disabilities and international students with English as a second language (in person and via webcam).

My goal is to help foster an interest in English in students, so English becomes one of their favourite subjects. I teach students how to construct good essays, ace exams and assignments, and improve reading and writing skills. I love working with students and finding learning tools that work best for them. I also tutor in multiple subjects including maths and science so can provide multiple subjects at once.
