About Timothy
Started coaching as a teacher at my school. Became assistant coach for local high school team and then club. Currently the head coach at high school level.
Numerous training classes from college level coaches. Years of coaching against highest level of teams in Colorado. Annual training classes on athlete psychology and volleyball systems.

Identifying their current skill level then identifying a plan for improving each specific skill.
Everything from new students to volleyball to children of professional athletes
Look for someone who will work with you in both the volleyball skills as well as the psychology of competing at a high school varsity level. Many of my former students said their biggest growth was in their understanding of how to be a competitor on the court.
My most recent head coaching experience was at a school that had 25 years of loosing. My last two years at the school we recorded the best records in school history.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
When looking at your specific skills what is the underlying cause of where your struggling. Volleyball is a sport that requires athletes to take skills apart and evaluate where the missing pieces are at.
