About Sarah

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest!

Let me tell you a little about myself

I am a veteran volleyball player with championship experience. I played for 8 years and won multiple titles, as well as played in college at ASU briefly. I love the sport and love coaching even more. My goals are to help your son or daughter improve in the field that will benefit them the most—whether it’s for fundamental improvement or you’re looking to train your child for college level, I have skilled experience that covers every scenario you may desire.

As a freshman, i played for Chaparral’s JV team where we went undefeated the whole season. Sophomore- senior year, our team was talented enough to travel to state where we won a state championship. It was a defining moment in my life and an accolade I still use to this day when determining my mental and physical strength.

As a club player, we placed 3rd in Colorado crossroads. This tournament hosts hundreds of teams, and again this accomplishment is a reflection of hard work, self-belief, and playing until the whistle blows.

Many of the girls I played with in high school and college went on to play D1 volleyball at Villanova, TCU, Long Beach, ASU, UofA , Hawaii, Oregon, and more.

I’ve spent countless hours and thousands of dollars training with the absolute best— and take those skills with me to every student.

Volleyball is such a wonderful team sport, and many of my friends in my adult life stem from my student-athlete days.

Please feel free to reach out for more information. I look forward to hearing from you!

When you play volleyball as long as I have, teaching comes hand in hand. I started coaching/teaching while I was a student myself. I have led camps and worked with other talented coaches across the valley.

Many of the club coaches I played for are still coaching today!

I have coached for 4 years as well as worked briefly in personal training. In my own personal goals I increased my verticals by 3 inches, and have the capacity to train a client to reach similar results as well.

About the lesson
