About Nicole
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance and a Master of Music in Viola Performance. I was a violist with the Australian Chamber Orchestra from 2005-2020 and was also a teacher and mentor for all of the orchestra’s education programs during that time. I particularly loved working in the programs for high school students. I taught viola at the college level at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in Australia and gave masterclasses and chamber music coachings at the high school and college level. Since moving to the US in 2021 I have played with various groups such as Orchestra of St Luke’s (NYC), New York Baroque Inc, Philharmonia Baroque (San Francisco), Apollo’s Fire (Cleveland), Atlanta Baroque, and Four Nations Ensemble, but am really hoping to focus more on teaching. I am passionate about passing on my skills to the next generation and playing my part in creating the performers, audiences and music appreciators of the future.
