About Richard
I was born in Yerevan, Armenia. I fell in love with classical music at the age of two and at 5 I began playing the violin with a group of selected children at the Yerevan State Conservatory. In 1987 I was admitted to P.I. Tchaikovsky Yerevan Special Music School and graduated in 1998. I then continued to study in the Yerevan State Conservatory.
Since I was young I have participated in various recitals and also performed a great number of solo concerts while studying at the Yerevan State Conservatory. I have performed a number of concerts with Yerevan Chamber Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestras of Armenia.
