I am CPR Certified for over 20yrs.

.Lifeguard 5 yrs.certified

Master Swim Instructor over 25 yrs

Aqua Rehab and Aqua Fit Cert. Over 25 yrs

Patience,consistency and proper techniique and breath control are my tools for obtaining students Safety First then easy breath control and proper swimming techniques. .6 mo 6 yrs 60 or 100 I can and will teach student to Swim. .Easy ... and calmly.

LIfeguard 4 yrs.

Hydro fitness 25 yrs

Aqua Rehab Therapy 25 yrs.

About the lesson

I take my time depending on age. My main focus if small and new is Safety !

After that Breath and safety drills. Then move on to technique.Kicking breathing and floating all part of the process.

I bring toys for little ones.. we sing we play and make it fun!!

Perfect! Peggy has been wonderful with my 2 year old daughter. She took the time to let my daughter get to know her and built trust before she started the real work. I think that made all the difference. Yes there was resistance at first now my daughter looks forward to her lessons and loves to see Ms. Peggy. She is able to safely get herself to the side of the pool if she falls in now. I will continue to use Peggy later in the summer and next year for a refresher. So glad I found Peggy.
