Getting to know their needs so I can better meet them and prioritizing safety. I also focus on basic skills until clients demonstrate comfortability in, and under water. I practice and prioritize breath control and survival before movement. Furthermore, I enjoy teaching stroke fundamentals, and refining skills for those who already are comfortable swimming. I am especially knowledgeable on Freestyle or 'front crawl', Backstroke, and Breaststroke.
I have been a lifeguard and swim instructor for both children and adults of all ages and abilities. I love what I do!
