My name is Lakeya. I have been a special educator for over 13 years to extraordinary learners. My teaching style is very unique, with a focus on strengthening areas of weakness and maintaining skills while building confidence. My lesson plans are interactive, purpose driven, and embedded with real-life concepts targeted to keep the extrodarinary learner engaged.

I haven been in the special education field for over 13 years as a program aide, assistant teacher, support counselor, and special education teacher. I have worked in the public and private sector of education.
