In order to help my students succeed, first thing I always do is getting to know what my students are able to do by doing a diagnostic test, and some observations on some assignments. Then from the point they are at, I start using scaffold way to teach my students a until they improve their skills.
I have worked with elementary students, from kindergarten to 5th grade.
Now I'm a current teacher in a school district where students yearly face the challenge of STAAR.
