About ELIANA

For more than 30 years I have town the opportunity to work in the teaching area, it has been the vocation of my life that would not change for any other. I have always believed that education is the basis of the growth of any society.

I am licensed in education, mention of biological sciences, with masters in biochemistry and distance education in e-learning. I have recently received the title of Doctor in Education Sciences. I have had the opportunity to work at all levels of education, from Preschool to a High School, working as a sub-director of a student center and as director of the online education system of a university. He currently performs as Faculty Advisor of the Urbe University in the city of Miami, Florida.

You can see my chance in: (concealed information) and (concealed information)

Teaching is the best job. I enjoy every bit of my job. It has its ups and downs but on the whole it's fulfilling when you help youngsters to leave school with decent grades and know they have a future.

I teach in a lovely school where the vast majority of parents and pupils are very respectful and supportive of the school and the staff. I know that many teachers' experiences are very different to mine.

I love it. I love the students and their continuing ability to amaze me. I dislike the increasing duplicate paper work. Either on paper or the computer, but not both.

I did the teaching career. I have 31 years of graduate and 35 years of teaching.

Spanish is my native language and with my teaching experience they make a very good combination when teaching this language

About the lesson

My method of teaching Spanish is very simple, divided the class into two parts, the first part in grammar, and the second in conversation. I use technology to reinforce my classes. All this with the desire that my students learn this language.

I can work with students between the ages of 10 and 90

Teachers have traditionally devoted themselves to the master class, to the resolution of problems that allow a rapid response, but those traditional practices do not work in developed labor markets, it is useful in countries where the level of education is lower and lacking primordial knowledge ", explains the author. "Faced with this, the study highlights the weight of what we call non-cognitive skills, the value of motivation that many teachers apply instinctively," he adds, and which stimulate concentration, perseverance of students or their attention.

I am currently working on instructional design by competences in virtual learning spaces

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would think of two questions: if you like your teaching career, and second, your experience as a teacher
