About Caroline

Each lesson is totally customized to what the trainee needs. Able to work with a wide variety of ages and pin point what he/she needs to work on to get to the next level. Plus, I make each lesson fun! I started playing soccer at the age of 3, played travel and collegiate soccer where we participated in the NCAA for four years.

I love seeing players get excited about something they've improved upon, no matter how old they are.

After high school, I started to train people during college breaks. After college, I continued to train people.

I've been taught my top soccer trainers in the country. Having played soccer my whole life, I understand the ins and outs of what it takes to get to the next level.

About the lesson

I start by asking what skills they are confident in, and what they would like to work on. If he or she is unsure as to where they are at, I like to run through exercises where I can see where extra practice may be needed. I also work on speed and agility training to assure that it a lesson where we are working every muscle, in addition to soccer skills.

I've worked with people as young as 5 years old to people who are 21 years old.

The best trainer! Super friendly and easy to learn from. She taught me a lot of fundamentals about the game I didn’t know, and also a lot of pretty advanced techniques too. Would definitely recommend Caroline to anyone at any level!
