About Stefano
My soccer coaching is player centered and deeply connected to the tactical needs of the players.
As a Met Oval Academy coach I specialize on the use of the first touch and the importance of dealing with pressure to increase the skill level.
USSF C License - Master's degree in Cognitive Science and Decision making.
I coached for 7 years in Italy and in the US. During my career I developed my coaching skills in order to work with a holistic approach which allows a deep connection between the tactical and technical aspects of soccer and the perceptual and cognitive skills involved.
At Met Oval Academy I'm also under continuous education and I challenge myself by coaching some of the best players of the northeastern region.

At the beginning it's important for me to understand what the player's needs are and, if possible, to observe the player behavior during a game through tactical video analysis.
During my coaching career I worked with kids with the most different background and age groups (U3 to U19) in Italy, Ukraine and the US.
