About Summer
Hi everyone! My name is Summer Gigerian and I am the owner and founder of Sounds of Summer Vocals. I created my business in effort to create a safe and comfortable way to bring vocal lessons to people's homes during these difficult times. I have had many years of experience with singing. I have been involved in community theater and vocal lessons since I was 5 years old. I studied vocal at the Performing Arts Academy High School from 2015-2019. I am now a student at Montclair State University. I have a huge passion for music and teaching. I teach any genre of music. I have extensive experience with pop, broadway, rock, jazz, and country music. I specialize in songwriting and singing lessons for children of any ages. I also offer adult lessons to those interested. I am so excited to meet you all!
The most enjoyable thing about my job is getting to meet all different students. I love being able to help students in their singing abilities. It makes me beyond happy to see my students succeed.

I will do a zoom call with the parent/student to talk about past vocal experience if applicable. I will also ask them to tell me a bit about themselves. I want to create close connections with all my students. After the first consultation I will meet with them in person for the first lesson or on zoom (if preferred) We will do vocal warmups and start beginning basic singing training
