Hi, I'm Julia! I’m a professional vocalists and voice teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from the world-renowned Musical College Named After Gnessin ( Moscow, Russia), I studied with world famous soprano Diana Soviero, Barbara Honn, coach William Hicks, Katie Agresta and many others. I am an experienced performer with international career, was awarded the 1st prize of the NY District Metropolitan National Council, 2nd prize of Marchella Sembrich Competition , finalist of Giulio Gari Competition, the Fritz and Lavinia Jensen Foundation. My repertoire crosses the genres of classical music, classic pop, Latin music, and jazz. I played many lead roles with opera Houses all over the world, participated in talent TV shows as America's Got Talent, All Together Now, and I still actively perform ! As a singer and vocal coach, I am well versed in musical theatre and classical repertoire, as well as popular music styles. I am a multi-instrumentalist who has played the piano and the ukulele for many years.

Have you always dreamed of taking voice lessons? Are you an experienced artist looking to hone your craft? Perhaps you’re a parent who’s searching for fun and encouraging music lessons for your child? No matter where you are on your musical journey, I’d love to work with you! I approach teaching music with the fundamentals at the core of each lesson, however, I believe that the student should have the ability to express themselves through learning pieces of their choice, listening to a wide variety of artists and genres, and developing personal goals. I work with students of all ages, levels, and abilities. I am passionate about sharing the gifts of music and theatre with my students, and I love working with beginners! My lessons are always engaging, full of laughter, and cohesive. I love performing, teaching, and listening to music of all kinds, and I’m dedicated to helping you excel at whatever type of music you choose, from classical opera to Top 40 hits.

About the lesson

Each lesson is tailor-made to suit the student's individual needs. Custom action plan will be given to each student on a case-by-case basis. No instruments are used in my lessons, as I train the voice to be a standalone instrument.
