About Marc
Nothing good is accomplished without focus. Dedication, hard work concentrated effort and a small amount of sacrifice to put in the hours needed to get the job done every week. You will do specific exercises, not vocal exercises but physical ones. They will strengthen your body, strengthen your mind and focus your will to succeed.
Each week, you will choose another song from your favorite genre. You will sing along with your favorite artist, perfectly performing the song as it plays in the background. Then you will perform it without any accompaniment. Exactly as YOU wish for it to be sung, if you had your own band or orchestra accompanying you.
I will listen I will make positive, constructive, practical enhanced notes about the way you perform, rehearse or practice, you will attempt to prepare one new song for me each week of your choice. After 12 weeks, we will choose our favorite 3 songs and polish them for what I will call a concert solo performance of each song. You will need an equalizer to play the music and turn down the mid voice range where the artist voice is found on the tape.
[Note: copyrighted tapes cannot be used for paid performances without payments and written permission. ]
Let's get this done. Let's get you on your way to perfecting your own craft with your own style and your own voice. No matter what degree of performance perfection you have accomplished in the past, we can grow from here, together. I AM PHIL, which means friend.
