About Chris
I have had personal success on the roads and on the track over the years. I have worked with highly ranked mass competitive athletes in the past and I believe that there are those who, at any level, could use a guiding hand in their pursuit of fitness.
I am USATF COACHING CERTIFIED.
I have been coaching at the collegiate level for 4 years now including a 6th place national finish in Cross Country

3K 8:45
5K 15:16
Half Marathon 1:02.01
I’ve been a life long learner of the sport and continue to learn from highly ranked and well respected coaches. Additionally, I’m always reading articles, books and case studies to stay upto date.
I am certified as a Level 1 Coach along with 10+ years of progressive running and coaching. I have seen many styles of athletes, and know that a cookie cutter training program isn’t the best way to see goals achieved.

I worked alongside one of my closest friends to achieve his goal of making it to cross country nationals. He and I spent countless hours discussing his goals, how to achieve them. I ran with him daily for 4 months and at the end he ended up achieving his goal!
