About Susan
I have a masters degree in music education from Ga St University. I have taught piano for 30+ years and love watching people go from zero knowledge to moving through pieces confidently. I understand that everyone leans differently and customize my method for each and every student. I give 2 recitals per year so that my students always have a performance goal. I love teaching music!

I like to make learning to play piano fun. The student will be playing a song by the end of the first lesson. I tailor my lessons to the individual students needs. I like all styles of music and will teach any style you like that is within your ability level. We will also follow a method book to insure that you learn all of the basics, chords, notes , rhythm and fingering patters. I think it's important that you perform so we have 2 really awesome recitals a year.
