About Micah
My name is Micah Jewkes. I first started playing piano in elementary school and immediately fell in love with the instrument. I am 22 years old and have found joy in teaching this skill to others. I first started teaching piano lessons in 2019. I have taught children ages 5-14 ranging from beginner to intermediate. Students are welcome to do lessons from my house and I am also willing to travel to my students within a 5-mile radius for free and further for a small travel fee. My lessons are 30-minute sessions once a week using the Alfred Basics Piano Books. However, I also want my students to have fun so I allow them to choose 1 piece they would like to learn along with the assigned material.
