About Mia
Ive been playing the piano professionally since I was 4 years old, recently ive been teaching local children and due to the newfound quarantining I thought I'd teach online to make things more convenient and provide anyone access to piano lessons if theyre looking to try or learn something new!
I have a passion for music, moreso piano playing/acoustics. Its been a lifelong passion and I'd love to introduce others to the world of music and piano playing :)
I have been working with professional artists and instructors for many years. I have built up a system which has been working well for my current students so far.

About the lesson

I have a step by step curriculum.
I begin with teaching the basics, every note and key, sharps and flats, how to read basic notes. I email the sheet music which I'll be teaching to the student, so they can print it out or refer to it while im teaching. After they've grasped the basic reading skills, ill start to slowly teach how to read sheet music step by step. The student picks a genre and I pick a specific song depending on their level to start with.
