About Heidi
I graduated from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music with a degree in Voice Performance. I have taught piano and voice throughout the past 10 years, to students in their homes. I currently am making the change to treaching online.

About the lesson

First, I establish rapport, letting them know that these lessons will be fun. I ask the students why they have chosen to learn piano or voice, and what their personal goals are.
Then, we begin with the basics of note reading, and breath support.
I recommend learning piano for at least a year before learning voice, simply to be able to read music or accompany yourself.
