I love the creative process. Through my art, I have found ways of expressing myself - managing emotions and finding answers, connecting with others and accomplishing goals!
I first began teaching when I took on an internship as an ESL assistant teacher in a low income school. I loved working with children and teaching came naturally to me. Since then, I have worked as a Creative Enabler and art teacher as a local paint-and-sip art studio in Washington DC!
Born from two artist parents, I have always known how to be creative. I attended workshops and classes from a young age - learning oil still lifes at just 10 years old. Although I did not gain a degree in studio art, I have had several years of formative training throughout high school and college. I continue to paint and sell my art.
