We start with a conversation about goals. Why are we meeting? Where do you want to improve? What stories do you want to tell? Then we get to work. Don’t bother with showing me your portfolio. Frankly...the more you want to show it to me the less I can help you. I don’t care where you’ve come from, only where you want to go.
