About Amy
I am a very attentive trainer. I pay attention to your goals and program your workouts in a creative way that will help you get to where you want to be. I've been training clients for over 11 years with many certifications, and it has become my life's passion to help others get healthy.
I LOVE helping people make a difference in their life. I want to see life time results, not just a quick burn to be ready for summer.
I am IFPA certified with a woman's and children certification specialty. I am crossfit level 1 certified and USAW level 1 certified.
