About Alexandra

I am a NASM Certified Trainer with ca. 5 years of experience; I hold the highest qualifications in the industry. I continuously educate myself to ensure I am up to date with the latest trends in the fitness world. I work with a variety of clients from younger to older generations and I tailor each workout to my client’s goals and needs. No one has the same body, so no one should have the same workout plan! Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, functional training, strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility, injury prevention or pain management, I am here to help! My favorite thing to teach is pole fitness!

I love to work with people, to make them happy, and to watch them achieve their goals. Fitness is a crucial part of my life. I used to work a corporate lifestyle and some years ago I changed my career and now have dedicated my career to fitness and to helping people! I am based in Washington DC. My main sport is pole fitness and I love obstacle course races. I also like to workout in the gym multiple times a week.
