About Kris

We create a complete customized fitness and nutrition program for you. We know that you will have success because everything is specific to you, the things you like, and have success with. All of that will be at your finger tips through our KR FIT App and you'll have unlimited messaging with your personal trainer through the app as well.

Consistency is the most important factor to success. By customizing the workouts and meal plans to you it makes the consistency much easier to that your success is guaranteed.

Your progam will consantly be evolving just like you will be through the weeks. Each week you will have a 1 hour game plan session going over what went well last week and what the next week has coming.

The biggest thing that I love about my work is helping people reach their goals. There isn't much better than watching the progression of an individual as they push closer and closer to, achieve and push past their goals. Each day brings something different and each individual I work with is different so the customization of each persons program is a fun challenge.

Meeting and getting to know people who are activly trying to improve of a daily basis is pretty amazing to help keep pushing myself each day too,

I started training for athletic perfomance in High School sports before continuing to play D1 AA Football which brought me to training others after college.

About the lesson

First students will fill out a quick form made to get information for the customization process. From there we would get on a call to go over the form together as well as the students program before getting them set up in the app to get to work.
