About Matthew
Fit Church coaching, unlike most coaching programs, includes Christian faith as a foundational part of a clients health journey. My approach deals directly with both the habits and underlying cause for the habits that my clients are fighting to over come in order to reach their goals. Instead of diets and strict programs, I help people to gradually improve there thinking, habits, physical abilities through strategic programming and inclusive progressions.

I typically start with a complimentary virtual or in person session where I and the client can discuss goals, programming, obstacles, equipment, and establish a suitable plan for them.
Once someone becomes a client, they receive access to my Training app and are sent an email that guided them to set up their profile. This takes place after the initial session. The app is typically our platform for communication, program sharing, and progress information, as wels as a tool for accountability and support.
Once they have been set up on the app, I host their initial session as an assesment/workout and go over their personalized program.
