My name is Steve Grogan, and I can get you in the BEST shape of your life training you just 2x per week for 30-45 minutes...with NO cardio, warm-up, cool-down, or stretching.

I started doing Science-Based Fitness for my own benefit in January 2020. When I saw how effective it was, my passion grew by leaps and bounds. When my coach moved away, I immediately saw a void that needed filling.

I hold one certification from the National Federation of Personal Trainers, along with a supplement certification for nutrition assistance. Also, I hold a certification from HitUni (hituni.com), which specializes in the kind of exercise that I teach.

About the lesson

I will ask what weight they are at, what kind of exercise they currently do, and what their goals are.

So far I have worked with late teens to people in their early sixties.
